Associate Software Engineer, Oak Integrated Systems

Developing enterprise-grade web applications across requirement gathering, system architecture, implementation, deployment and maintenance.
Involved in requirement engineering, business process analysis, solution architecture and full implementation to deployment of an enterprise Document Management System (DMS) with secure document storage, workflow automation and role-based access management.
Integrated Hikvision third-party AI camera APIs into Laravel applications, enabling people counting and real-time surveillance analytics.
Led development of the company website (Oak.biz) end to end — frontend, backend and admin panel — using Next.js, Better Auth, PostgreSQL and Prisma; deployed it on a VPS and configured the domain and Cloudflare.
Collaborating with business stakeholders, UI/UX designers and engineering teams to deliver production-ready software.

Built and maintained responsive web and dashboard interfaces across frontend and backend layers, improving usability, performance and consistency across web and mobile projects.
Contributed to system design and planning: SRS documents, architecture diagrams, user stories and flow diagrams; researched and implemented system modules.
Supported deployment and engineering workflows by researching hosting solutions, CI/CD practices, version control strategies and CMS integrations; developed the Cloud99X corporate website end to end, development and DevOps, with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui and a headless Sanity CMS, deployed on Vercel.
Collaborated closely with designers, developers and stakeholders to deliver production-ready features.

Hands-on experience with application development workflows: writing maintainable code, fixing bugs, and understanding how features move from requirements to deployment.
Developed the full administration panel of the EPTT.LK vehicle rental platform using PHP and CodeIgniter, and deployed and maintained the application on a VPS, with Git and GitLab for version control.
Participated in deployment, testing, maintenance and operational support of the KDU Hospital Management System through on-site visits and troubleshooting.
Exposure to Business Analysis: requirement gathering, understanding client needs and aligning technical solutions with business processes.

Feb 2026: Safelora published at IEEE ICARC 2026.
